How do I cancel my subscription? +
Subscriptions auto-renew each period through PayPal. To cancel, go to your PayPal account, find the Blobe AI subscription under "Payments → Manage automatic payments", and cancel it there. Your access continues until the end of the current period.
Can I get a refund? +
All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds. If you no longer want to be charged, cancel your subscription in your PayPal account before the next renewal date.
My payment didn't activate my account +
Premium activates automatically after payment — no manual step needed. If it hasn't updated after a few minutes, try logging out and back in. If it still hasn't activated, contact us with your PayPal transaction ID.
Is my data private? +
Yes. Your conversations are private to you. We don't sell your data or use your chats to train AI models.
