1. Who we are

Blobe AI is an AI mentorship platform operated by Moradeyo Olamiposi. Our website is blobeai.online. You can contact us at blobeaimain@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the platform:

• Account information: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Mentor configurations: the names, personalities, and settings of AI mentors you create.
• Conversations: messages you send to your AI mentors and the responses generated. These are stored privately and linked to your account only.
• Goals and reminders: any goals or reminders you set through the platform.
• Payment information: when you subscribe to Premium, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a subscription status and Stripe customer ID but never your card number or full payment details.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as which features you use, page views, and session duration — used to improve the platform.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Provide and personalise your Blobe AI experience
• Deliver AI mentor responses in context of your previous conversations
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Send you important account emails (verification codes, billing receipts, cancellation confirmations)
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve and maintain the platform

We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Who we share it with

We only share your data with services essential to running Blobe AI:

• Firebase (Google): authentication, database, and hosting. Your data is stored on Firebase infrastructure.
• Stripe: payment processing for Premium subscriptions. Stripe handles all card data and is PCI-DSS compliant.
• Anthropic: the AI model provider that powers your mentor conversations. Messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use your conversations to train models under our agreement.
• EmailJS: used to send one-time verification codes and transactional emails.

We do not share your data with advertisers, analytics brokers, or any other third party beyond the services listed above.

5. Cookies and storage

We use browser local storage (not traditional cookies) to remember your theme preference, session state, and whether you've completed onboarding. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days. Anonymised usage analytics may be retained longer.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data in your profile
• Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete My Account)
• Export your data — email us and we'll prepare a copy
• Withdraw consent by deleting your account at any time

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, Firebase Authentication, and Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. That said, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

9. Children's privacy

Blobe AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email and update the date above. Continued use of Blobe AI after changes means you accept the updated policy.
